These terms govern your use of Football Fluent (the "Service"), operated by [Company] ("we," "us"). By using the Service or buying a plan, you agree to them.
What Football Fluent is
Football Fluent is an educational service about American football. Christine is an AI guide: her answers are generated by artificial intelligence, can be wrong, and are general information only. Live scores and news come from third-party feeds and may be delayed or incomplete.
Nothing on the Service is betting, financial, medical or legal advice. Explanations of sports betting and fantasy football are educational; we never recommend a wager, and we do not accept or place bets. Sports betting is legal only in some states and generally only for adults 21 and older. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a plan. Some editions of the Service presented by beverage-alcohol partners are limited to adults of legal drinking age.
Plans, billing and live minutes
- Free: text chat with Christine within a daily fair-use limit, plus a one-time live video trial.
- Monthly ($14.99/month): renews automatically each month on the date you subscribed until you cancel. Includes 30 live video minutes per billing month; unused minutes do not roll over.
- Season Pass ($49.99, one time): runs through the end of the current NFL season (the week after the Super Bowl) and does not renew. Includes 100 live video minutes for the season.
- Minute packs ($9.99 for 20 minutes): added to your account and used after your plan's minutes; they do not expire while the Service operates.
Live minutes are counted only while you are in a live video conversation with Christine, to the second. Text chat is subject to a generous daily fair-use limit. Prices are in US dollars and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
You can cancel a Monthly plan at any time from Plans → Manage billing; you keep access through the end of the month you paid for.
Refunds
If something went wrong — a session that failed to connect, a duplicate charge, or a purchase you didn't mean to make — contact us at [support email] within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Season Passes and minute packs that have been substantially used are generally not refundable. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
Your pass code
When you buy a plan we give you a pass code. Anyone with the code can use your plan, so keep it private. Contact us if you think it has been shared without your permission and we'll issue a new one.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or resell it; no use of it to harass anyone; no attempts to make Christine produce harmful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content and trademarks
Football Fluent, the ff mark and Christine are our trademarks. NFL, team and college names and marks belong to their owners; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, the NCAA or any team.
Changes and availability
We may change features, plans or prices. Price changes apply at your next renewal, and we'll tell you before they do. The Service is provided "as is," and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
